Hi All,
After dropping my son off at college last PM, I saw the subject car for sale near the intersection of US 460 and VA 307 (a little south-east of Farmville VA). According to the sign, it's a 1962 PV544, for $3299. It's off-white (re-paint), with red and white interior (seats looked to be good originals). Inner door panels were kind of a light-blue-gray cardboard looking material, and a little scruffy. From the rear, dual exhaust pipes, "PV-544-sport" and "B-18" insignia. Windshield looked OK--some kind of MA-state inspection sticker; with some cracking on the dash pad. Also some cracking in/on the paint (around front of passenger door and a couple of other spots). Phone number on the sign was 434-392-5858 . . . .
Sorry I didn't have the digital camera with me!
Disclaimer: I have no personal/financial/any other interest in this vehicle--just thought somebody out there may be in the market.
Regards,
Steve A-
