1978 Fuel Accumulator Test 200 1978

My 1978 262C has been having start up issues. It used to fire right up with the first key turn but has needed three or four turns of the key to get it started. Problem is worse during a warm restart. Is there a way to check if the fuel accumulator is going/gone bad? Once it gets started it runs fine. In-tank fuel pump was replaced with a new one 4000 miles ago. Thanks All, Rick D
