Quick way to remove bondo??? 200

Hello All,

This being the first decent weekend up here, I figure it's high time to start getting my act together on the 242 GLT project. Does anyone know a quick way to dissolve or otherwise remove bondo without having to sand it off??? I was thinking that maybe a heat gun might do it. Not that there's a lot, it would be nice to conserve as much original metal as possible here.
