? about 'nozzle' on lower RH side of engine 200

My B230 has what looks like a vacuum hose connection (ridged nozzle) on the lower passengers side of the engine block that's not hooked up to anything. Is this a problem? I have checked my Haynes for it (Bentley manual is in transit. Yay!)
