Door won't open 140-160 1971

Help, I've gotten stuck inside the car and can't get out! Does anyone know a trick to open up a driver door that won't open? The key turns but I don't think it is doing too much to help, the inside handle just moves back and forth and does nothing, I can see down inside the door but I can't take the panel off. Any suggestions?
