Power Steering swap questions or trades 200 1987

I've got an 87 240 w/ B230F & automatic. The power steering is heavy and starting to fail. The water pump bearing is getting noisy and there's so much noise, I can't tell where it's coming from. I may just replace both. Heres my delima:
I've got a spare power steering pump from an early 240. The type with the built in reservoir. My 87 240 has the separate reservoir from the pump. I also have a friend's 245turbo that I'm parting out. The pump in there looks similar, but it's not a match. I don't even know if it's any good, it's been sitting for about 5 years. With tuition for both my kids due, my tuition, a new roof for the garage (which gets started Friday) and a new water pump, I don't have anything left for a new P/S Pump. (Waa, waa, waa) Can I swap in the 86 740TI or the 81 244 P/S pumps? Maybe I should just take the 740TI's water pump too, would that work on a B230 non-turbo motor? I think that 86 + up are the same?
Does anyone know where to get a rebuilt one cheap? I'm calling around to AutoZone and Murrys today to see what they have. IPD has the water pump, but it's kind of expensive.
Anyone want to trade anything for the right P/S pump?
Ben
