IPDs new turbo cam in a naturally aspirated b230 200

Bricksters,

Just got my new IPD catalog and had a theoretical question regarding the the two grinds they offer. The subject line says it all and I was curious as to opinions...

I like the idea of extra lift & duration a turbo cam offers (.466/256 degrees on the intake & exhaust) versus the asymmetrical design of the VX (.452/245 intake .424/236 exhaust). Given the greater overlap of the turbo grind (32 degrees verses 18.5 degrees) what kind of performance could one expect if this cam were installed in a "high compression" b230f?

If you were to install it as I have suggested, would you advance it several degrees?

Bench racers unite! Thanks for any responses. Peace, Jon
