So we didn't spend any time on the 6th cylinder not working today, but we successfully changed the faulty oxygen sensor. THen we were just finishing up with the timing belt...taking out the drill bit in the tensioner...trying to be really easy with the pliers turning it out...then POP! it comes flying out and goes right through one of the radiator passages. oh joy. So I tried to solder it, then realized that those things need special aluminum solder, so it only held for a few minutes. we're just going to take the rad in to a rad shop...a friend just did the same with good results. it's an almost new radiator too. don't you love it when this stuff happens? I can't decide if this beats the time I snapped my A cam.....might be a tie. ah well.
