How do I flush the brakes when after replacing the Master Cylinder? 200 1989

I'm going to replace the master cylinder on my '89 240. (new job for me). My plan is to use Haynes book, take off old master cylinder, install new. HOWEVER, after this, I'm lost. How do I bleed the brakes? If I get someone else to press the brake pedal while I bleed each caliper, will it be too much pressure? Do I need a special tool? I'm going to be sure and buy the right line wrench so I don't strip the bleeder valves. Any advice is much appreciated.
