O2 sensor reading 200 1986

I was curious about what the mixture was in my 245 so I spliced into the output of the O2 sensor and ran the wire into the cabin where I hooked up a fluke to it so I could monitor it while driving. This is what I found:

At idle and while underload the reading fluctuated around 0.5V somewhere from 0.3 to 0.7 This sounds nice and normal, right?

But while driving, after I let off the gas on level or on a downhill grade the readings dropped to 0V- 0.1V fluctuating around there for 20 seconds or more. This seems like a long time for my engine to be running so lean. Do you think that this is indicative of an air leak in the air intake, or a mixture problem, or something else? Or is it normal?

Thanks in advance for all responces.

-Mike
