Coolant leaking from the turbo. 900 1991

I have coolant leaking from the bottom of the turbo on my 91 940. Came about after the car was left for a few days without antifreeze, only water, in the system this past winter (very cold nights). When I fill the coolant tank all the fluid drains out from what looks like a 1/4 inch hole on the bottom of the turbo before the engine is started. Is there a freeze plug or any "o" rings. I can't find any illustrations in my manuals.
