'86 240 too hard to shift, where do i start? 200 1986

Yesterday my clutch made a sound like a rock against a wall. Now my 4speed (with overdrive) is ridiculously hard to get into gear! I've tried to feather the clutch a little, but that doesn't help. Maybe the gears are bent up somehow? Do you guys have any tips on where to start?
