What do you guys think is the purpose of products like redlines water wetter which reduces the temperature of coolant? I was thinking about this and it seems that it would serve no useful purpose. My line of reasoning goes on this: if it lowers the temperature of the coolant...then the thermostat will simply open slower allowing the water to reach higher temperatures...correct?
THis is only one purpose of water wetter...so perhaps the other purposes offset this?
and... I'm probably missing one aspect of this...but so far my reasoning seems correct?
