Horn wiring 900 1996

Hi Guys,

I now have my new 940 S b230FK.

I have decided to swap the horn from my old 144 because they sound nice and the 940 horns sound like some tinny Japanese number.

My question is are the horns polarity concious and if so how do you determine the polarity?

To save me having to measure does anyone also know which of the horn wires is the positive, the yellow or the blue?

I have plenty of preventative maintenance to do. The previous owner looked after the car quite well and fixed thing that were broken, but I don't think he followed the book with all the scheduled replacements of things like brake and transmission fluids, not the timing belt.

Looking at the books the services (oil changes) were done by the distance travelled which is considerably less frequent than the recommended six monthly.

Many thanks and best wishes to you tasteful people,

Chris
