Driveline overhaul 87 745T & tailshaft housing bolts 700 1987

Had at my rather beat driveline yesterday; I'm replacing a bad transmission output shaft bushing, all 3 U-joints and center bearing w/ rubber carrier. I also found missing and damaged rubbers in the auto shift linkage.
The job suddenly became much more interesting when the top left bolt on the output housing sheared, you can bet I invented a couple new power words when that happened... Fortunately when the housing came off it revealed enough bolt still sticking up to grab with a small vice grips; lots of PB, heat and a few more power words and everything worked out in the end.
Should all the housing bolts be replaced as a matter of course here? The offender showed signs of corrosion extending into the interior of the bolt. The others look OK but... anyone else experienced this? Surprising since they are stamped 9 hardness--special Volvo part?
One other thing, the FAQ is a bit nebulous on the orientation of the hole in the output shaft bushing, my original bushing, which has a hole; it is at the bottom (6:00) position.
