Hello I just purchased an 88 745t, the boost seems low on it(guage tops out at about 1:30). How do i adjust boost(lenghthen or shorten rod), and how much is permisable on the stock guage to not cause any problems? BTW I don't know which turbo it has, the clues are, water cooled, boost control rod(for lack of the proper term that is evading my brain at this time) is bent and held on with a cotter pin at 1 end.
