Vibration Problem 120-130

I rebuilt the engine in my 1968 Volvo 122s about 1500 miles ago. I rebuilt it completely including a new cam. The only thing I didn't do is turn the crank or bore the cyliners, I had them polished instead because they did not have any burn marks. I also installed brand new carbs. The problem I have is the engine as a bad vibration. It seems to run fine and the compression checks out but this vibration is bad and vigorous. Does anybody have any suggestions?
