1980 242GT Some question before I buy. 200 1980

Hey Guys,

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a 1980 242GT but have a few questions about it before I go ahead. The car is in excellent condition and appears to have the correct GT interior and wheels but it seems to lack the GT strips and Braces under the hood. Could this be a fluke or did some GT's come this way from the factory. I have the VIN # if that matters and have attached some pictures for any of you to look at. Thanks for all your help.
