Engine swap Questions...79 242GT B230f or B230E? 200

Ok guys here's the latest... I have access to 3 different engine setups for my 79 242 Gt... 1. install 86 b230f and try to swap over all the late model fuel and engine control systems, 2. install a b230e with same complications or 3. and most desireable...swap the b230f or b230e and use the old mechanical fuel injection and controls. Is this possible and does anyone have a recommendation?
