help please 700 1987

i have just bought a 760 turbo but i am having problems the climate control hoses.
the fan works but thats it i have pulled the glove box out and found no vacuum hoses connected and i have no idea where they go.
there is a relay with 2 air connections and then a round black thing with 2 air nozzles on top and 2 on the bottom and then where all the vacuum lines go on there are 3 air nozzles on top of that with a vacuum which is blocked off and another hose tape to that which is the heat vacuum line.
