Outside of the Swedish Solution, where's a place in Cleveland that I can get a second opinion on my transmission issue?

I was dreading that the reason my 740 wouldn't go into top gear was the solenoid. It -was-. However, the new one didn't seem to work, according to them so now it's a new transmission issue.

I'm not sure if they did the same test that my old mechanic might have done (run the transmission with no OD solenoid to release fluid, then refill ATF, add new solenoid and run it) to verify that it's the transmission.

Because this expense falls way outta my budget or even borrowing zone a second opinion is definitely mandatory. List any places that aren't incredibly far that can do the job for me, if you know them.
