The big BANG -- cold start 200 1989

I am getting a big BANG from under the car when I start her up cold -- when engine is warm, no bang at start up.

I have just replaced the tranny mount hoping this would cure it, alas the bang is still there.

What next? The motor mounts?

Anything else that could cause this cold start bang?
