Brake lights not working 200

1993 240. My brake lights are not working. I just purchased and installed two new bulbs - no help. These bulbs serve double duty as tail lights and have a second filiment for the brake lights. The tail lights work fine, so they are getting power.

Is there a switch connected to the brake pedal that might be bad?

What else might I try next?
