Gas mileage affected with VX camshaft and gear ?

With all the talk about the camshaft and the adjustable gear I'm considering getting them too. How is the gas mileage affected after the upgrade ? Currently I'm getting about 26-28MPG on my 98% freeway commute while feathering the throttle.
