Dear Fellow Brickboarders,

May this find you well. Does anyone know if Hitachi made starter motors for 940s? My Volvo Pocket Data Booklet refers only to Bosch starters.

If Hitachi did/does make starter motors for 940s, how do they compare with the Bosch motor, in terms of service life, etc.
