Not sure what I did wrong on this one, I thought that I did my research before beginning this job, but maybe I was wrong. I just finished a complete brake job on my 88' 240 (Non ABS) (4 calipers, 4 rotors, pads all around) I even bought an ez bleed. The installation of the components went fine, although the master cylinder ran dry while replacing the calipers, but I am having some problems with the bleeding of the system. I bled the system at 25 psi according to the sequence in the Haynes manual left rear, front left upper, front right upper, right rear, both front right lower screws, both front left lower screws. I even went around a second time and opened all three screws simultaneously on the front calipers. There does not appear to be any air left in the system. However, I do not have any brakes at all now, any ideas on what is wrong? Did I ruin my MC by using the pressue bleeder? Do I need to bleed my MC differently than the system, or does the EZ bleed take care of it all? If I need to bleed the MC, can I do it on the car by just pumping the pedal while re-bleeding the system?
