Gimme your experience with changing timing belt 200 1989

I'm responsible for two volvos: Dad's '86 and daughter's '89 240. So I really need to learn this timing belt job..typically costs about $300.

Give me all the cautions, hard-knocks, and tribal knowledge on this job. I want to change the tensioner, and all the front seals. And I want the car to crank up after it's all said and done. Any time saving advice?
