wire hardness 200

can you buy a wire hardness. some of the wires are getting pretty bad. I dont know if is safe to drive the car. i have fixed several wires. but would rather change it out. I had the hardness out once to fix a short. So it is not a big deal. Could I buy one and if so how much. Thanks
