Need to locate center caps 200 1989

I saw a picture of Corona wheels with small centercaps. DYN-O-MITE! I need to get some. Where do they come from? The large ones that came with my wheels aren't in good shape(and I don't like them anyways). Anybody have some for sale? Are they swapped from another model?Thanks.......
