Rebuilding an Electronic Speedo? 200

Is it possible to refresh the components inside the electronic speedo of a 240 to make it read a bit more accuratly? I know as electronic parts like capacitors age.. the readings will be slightly skewed from normal. Could these be replaced with same spec parts to freshen up the speedo?
