Need help with my new Volvo 700

Ok guys I am new here and need a little help from you all. I just bought an 89 760 Turbo and it has a few issues. For one the oil keep shooting out of the oil cap. I have replaced the oil cap twice and it keeps doing it. It is like it has a lot of pressure. I do not know why it is doing this. If anyone has a clue then please give me a head up of the possible problems.

Also My lights and signals will not turn on but he high beems will. The fuse is ok but it still will not work. Is there some type of relay for the lights and signals. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks.
