how much damage have i just done? 200 1990

i just replaced my thermostat and while tightening the lower bolt after it was all done and dandy . . .I SHEARED IT OFF!!

how much of an ordeal is it to repair this? am i looking at hundreds of dollars for a repair bill?
i can't believe i did this. i'm still in shock.
