I am contemplating installing a new 3 row radiator to replace the current leaking radiator on my 1985 240 automatic wagon. Just how difficult is this job?

I do my own brakes, have replaced calipers, motor mounts and starters. Where does this job rank in comparison?

Also, what is and where does the THERMO FAN SWITCH that's included with the radiator go?
