Voltage regulator , is 14.9 Volts too high 900 1994

I am reading 14.9 across the battery terminals when the engine is at idle. Is that high enough to warrant changing the voltage regulator?

The FAQ says it should be just a bit lower, how high is too high ?


(1994 940 Turbo B230 FT engine)
