coasting/braking low pitched vibration from rear 200 1983

When i lift my foot off the accelerator and brake i get a low pitched rumble and vibration from the rear of my 245 GL. Had rear trailing arm bushings and torque rod bushings replaced 9/03. The problem started about two months ago after driving some unimproved/4wd trails in Colorado high country. Any ideas?
