Re-tapping a spark plug hole? 200

I need some advice or help retapping a spark plug hole. my 240 has a plug that has cross threaded, someone torqued it down tight too, it misfires.

Anyone know the thread tap size I should get? Also, I heard something about a sleeve I set in there, then re-tap it...please help.

any advice is awesome!
