What Rotors / What Pads for 240 200 1993

It appears time for pads and rotors on the '93 240. Never done this myself before so......any comments are welcome. What's the latest on the Brembo's versus others. Parts Bin price for these is extremely good. Not sure if I should tackle this or not. Any advise on how to is appreciated.
