1) I've tried looking up my engine type using the VIN charts I've seen on line, but I can't find my code.

Can anyone recognize what type of engine '52' is? It's a 2 litre non-turbo 4 cylinder. Just wanted to figure out precisely which engine type it is so I can be more informed when it comes to parts and such.
