Does new/rebuilt Dist. come with center shaft seal? 700

Just wondering if I can assume the new dist. I bought for my 1985 745t will have a new center shaft seal inside the dist., or if I'm going to have to rip apart the thing to install the one that came in my o-ring kit (three rings). Anyone know? I'm assuming the rebuild would include this since, if it didn't, the whole idea of buying a rebuilt dist. would seem fairly pointless (you have to rip it apart anyway).
