Reconditioning Engine Questions 700 1989

I have a replacement for the B230FT that I killed (bad temp gauge+bad radiator=melted engine), and I have a couple of questions so that I can get started reconditioning it.

1. How heavy is a B230FT L block with the exhaust and intake manifolds still on? I have an engine stand with a load limit of 750lb and I don't want to exceed that. (It's a borrowed stand.)

2. How should I attach the engine to the stand? I'm assuming the bell housing bolt holes, but I want to make sure.

The "new" engine has 121k on it and came out of a totalled '93 wagon. I plan on doing the front 3 seals, the rear main, and the timing belt. I also have to replace the radiator, and figured I would do the radiator fluid hoses as well. Other things that will get replaced include the accessory belts and the turbo oil feed hose. Is there anything else I should look at/do while I'm in the middle of everything?

Thanks for any info/advice!
