960 to S90 facelift? 900

I bought '93 960 with some front end damage. Headlight, grill and turn signal are busted, so I need to get at least those. Since this will be more of a project car I'm entertaining an alternative approach: changing both left and right fender to newer S90 style and using S90 style headlights, grille and turn signals. I'm pretty sure I would need to change front bumper too. Other than that, how difficult would a project like that be to pull off?

Any insight greatly appreciated.
