Out of control idle 700 1991

Until yesterday my '91 B230F (Regina) idled perfectly. Upon a mid-afternoon start up, the idle began to fluctuate between 1500 and 2000 rpm. Today idle goes up to 2500 and stays. No codes were set except for O2 fault. Can't find an air leak. I cleaned the throttle body 3 weeks ago. Where do I look next?? Thanks for all input!
