Out of control idle 700 1991

Thanks for the quick responses. Fuel pressure regulator appears ok. Idle climbed even higher when I pulled the vac hose off. Throttle body switch also seems fine. I could hear the switch activate just as Kaz indicated. Any other possibilities? Thanks.
