Very odd stalling problem, HELP please! Checked FAQ, etc 700 1992

It's been a long time folks, which has made me quite happy! But, i've got a real crazy one here. Anyone with any suggestions would be great!

1992 745Ti

When cold or hot (Started as when hot only, but that changed), starting the car; it will start great, drop to normal idle, and hang out there happy for about 1 second. If the car is dead cold, it will idle ok, but the idle will get rough. If the engine is even slightly warm, it will start goin crazy with the idle, usuially resulting in one or two stalls. If i try to drive the car, it will try to accelerate, but obviously run out of fuel to continue accel, complete loss of power unless I back off on throttle. If I hold the throttle down a little in neutral, the engine will usuially stay running long enough for it to do the next strange thing. After 15-60 seconds of all that, something "changes" and the idle picks up to about 1100 and the engine smoothes out completely. (In other words, if I can make it past the first minute or so of horrible idle (sounds lean? and definitly mis-firing), the ECU will figure something out and be happy. Doesn't have to be closed loop. For the rest of my drive, all seems well. A quick off/on of the key will reset my idle, and everything will feel normal. Shutting it down for much longer than a few seconds causes the problem to repeat. However, I get no codes. I have also tried swaping the IAC Motor, cleaning throttle body, checked TPS and have recently replaced all my vac hoses. Any thoughts all?

Thanks!

-Elliott
