240 (early) panel for rust repair, base of windshield? 200

I was given a part number " 90-30320 " for the 240 (early) panel for rust repair, base of windshield. Not recognized by Volvo or the body shop wholesaler.

Am I correct in saying that a replacemnt panel is a far better fix than patching?

The window needs to come out and a lot of fussy cutting be done to remove a good one at the wreckers.

A search on here produces that a Volvo specialist in have them in Holland. I'm in Canada. The thing is bulky. This adds up to $$.

Does anyone have a Volvo part number, or good source of one?
