Won't run after replacing Wiring harness 200 1986

Hi board, I bought a 86 240 That had a fried wire harness. I replaced with a updated one. Now it won't run. I don't think the fuel pump is working right & there is no spark @ the plugs. Did I do something wrong? Could the ECU have been fried when the old harness toasted? I need some new ideas.
