Wiring @ #11 Fuse (In Tank Pump, Heated Lamda Sensor) 700 1987

I just replaced the intank pump and hose as they were bad, but there is no power getting to the intank pump. I did all the usual checks, then finally yanked the relay/fuse tray out of the center console and looked at the # 11 fuse which controls the intank pump and heated O2 sensor. I noticed that there is only one pink wire that goes to the fuse from underneath. This is the line (output) that goes to the intank pump, since putting +12v to the input side of the fuse turns the intank pump on.

So basically there is no wiring to the +11 fuse to give the pump power. I don't know what the deal is, but what options do I have? Also, I don't know if I have a "heated" O2 sensor, but I do have 3 wires going to the sensor. I imagine that the O2 sensor isn't getting power either, since that fuse controls it too?

And car has been stalling recently, no power when accelerating.
