Removed the throttle body today to check the wear and adjustment on the throttle plate, even after cleaning and centering the throttle plate there is still ample light around the outer rim between the throttle plate and housing, this would allow too much air to bypass the plate,I noticed that my AMM reads around 2.60 volts at idle verses the recommended 2.30 volts at idle,my turbo is exactly 2.30 volts at idle. The more air being drawn past the AMM the higher the voltage climbs. This could quite be enough air bypassing the throttle plate to throw a 232 code.Where can I buy a new assembly or get a rebuilt one?
