67 222 hood release cable....broken 120-130

Hello All,

As I was opening my hood tonight the handle and part of the shaft broke off for my hood release(plastic handle and bout 3" of a steel rod)...Was wondering if there is a site that sells replacements, otherwise Im gonna have to get creative at work tomorrow with some tool steel and maybe my tig. Any suggestions for a "quick fix" until I can get a replacement, gonna search the links here (had some of the other site other than ipd bookmarked, but recently formated my HD and no longer have them)
