Saving a cupped snow tire 200

I was looking at my snow tires from last season and noticed the tires that were on the rear have a strange wear pattern: worn in the center, but look very good on the edges of the tire. Can someone confirm this is an overinflation issue??? If so I guess I've learned my lesson. My rear shocks arent more than two years old.

Which pressure is bible... on the tire or on the door frame. Can I save this tire by running the correct pressure?

Thanks,

Matt
